Lord, we thank You for the great State of Texas, for its rich heritage, diverse people, and abundant resources. May those who serve in this Senate do so with a heart for the common good, setting aside personal ambition for the greater calling of justice, prosperity, and peace. Give them clarity of thought, strength in decision-making, and a deep respect for those they represent. Grant them patience in debate, unity in purpose, and a steadfast commitment to uphold what is right and true. Where there is division, bring understanding; where there is uncertainty, provide discernment. May their words and actions reflect the highest ideals of leadership, and may they always seek to serve with humility and grace. Protect them from harm, renew their strength, and remind them daily that their calling is one of service to the people and to You. We ask all this in Your holy name. Amen.
